Community
Well, there’s an old saying… “We’re all in this together.”
Local Sustainable Farming is not only critical to our identification as a community, it is also necessary to uphold our local economy.
Increasingly, as market after market has gone global, many of us
have begun to feel the pain back home.
Often, large conglomerates and major retail and grocery outlets suck the wind and money right out of our local communities. In many cases, these huge outlets don’t even involve themselves enough to use the services of something as simple as a local bank… siphoning out as many of the financial resources as possible to remote locations.
For years many went along with this. But priorities are changing.

More and more, we long for the relationships of the past. And part of the nostalgia is the simpleness, goodness and trust that comes with Local Organic and Local Sustainable Farming.
Community Supported Agriculture organizations, known as CSA’s, are growing by leaps and bounds as we are making more informed and better choices about the food that we want to put on our tables and in our bodies.
“Do you know your farmer?” is now a question that is being answered with a resounding “YES!” by tens and hundreds of thousands of our neighbors at local Farmers’ Markets and CSA’s throughout the country!
A return to a simpler time. Friendly conversation and stress-free shopping for tonight’s dinner or the big weekend get-together. Yes, the smell of fresh brewed coffee in an old country store… just seven seconds off the busiest highway in the area!
Welcome home… welcome to Century Farm Eco Market.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
